Dr. Scheel can meet with you face to face in her Charlotte office and via video-sessions in North Carolina, California and New York should privacy, travel, or time constraints limit your ability to meet face to face.

After you have requested an appointment for a video session, Dr. Scheel will send you information via her approved HIPAA compliant telehealth site.

Prior to your appointment, please follow a few of the following tips: 

• Make sure that you are in a private location with strong WiFi or an available ethernet connection.
• Please be sure that your browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) have the latest updates installed.
• Check for any lighting or background noise that could cause issues for your visit.
